Is there a limit on how many IV sessions I can have?

Yes. For your safety we cap IV therapy at two sessions per 30 days, counting every session you receive including membership sessions and any session paid for separately. Beyond two, continued infusion therapy requires bloodwork and ongoing clinical monitoring, which we do not provide.

Can I use Cherry financing for an IV membership?

Cherry is available on a three-month prepaid membership only: $597 for Wellness or $1,125 for Wellness Plus.

Are IV memberships refundable?

We do not issue refunds on memberships. Any month you have prepaid and not used stays on your account as service credit, which does not expire and can be applied to any service or product. Sessions already received are counted at the standard rate of $245.

Everything your membership covers, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, ask us before your next session — we would far rather answer now than have a surprise later.

Your agreement. Purchasing an IV membership at Crystal Ngozi Beauty & Esthetics means you have read and accepted these terms. Your enrollment is the acknowledgement — there is no separate form to sign. These terms are also emailed to you when you join, so you always have a copy. The terms in effect on the date you enrolled are the ones that apply to you.

1.What is included?

Wellness includes one IV session per cycle. Wellness Plus includes two IV sessions per cycle. Any drip on our standard menu is included — you are not limited to one formula.

2.When does my cycle start and renew?

Your cycle runs 30 days from your purchase date, not by calendar month, and renews automatically on that same date.

4.What happens to a session I do not use?

Unused sessions roll over for 30 days and are used oldest-first. Beyond that they expire.

5.What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Sessions must be booked in advance. An appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice uses that cycle’s session. Please give us as much notice as you can — it lets us offer the time to someone else.

6.Can I pause my membership?

Yes. One 30-day pause per twelve months, requested in writing before your renewal date.

7.How do I cancel?

Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

8.Can I use Cherry to pay for a membership?

Cherry is available on a three-month prepaid membership only:
