What we collect
When you book or visit us
- Name, phone number, email address, and mailing address
- Appointment history and service records
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card number
- Intake and consent forms, including the skin and health information you provide
When you contact us
- Phone calls and voicemail
- Text messages
- Emails and web form submissions
When you use our website
- Pages visited, time on site, and how you arrived
- Device and browser type
- Approximate location based on IP address
Photographs
With your written consent, we may take clinical photographs of your skin to track treatment progress. We do not use your photographs for marketing, social media, or any other purpose without separate written permission from you.

Health and skin information
Some of what you share with us — skin conditions, medications, allergies, medical history — is sensitive.
We collect it because it is necessary to treat you safely. We keep it confidential, we limit access to the staff who need it to care for you, and we do not sell it.

Tracking and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. These use cookies and similar technology to understand how people find and use our site, and to measure our advertising.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Marketing emails and texts
We send marketing emails and texts only to people who have opted in.
- Email: click unsubscribe at the bottom of any message
- Text: reply STOP
Opting out of marketing does not stop appointment confirmations, reminders, or messages about care you are already receiving.
How long we keep information
We keep treatment records for as long as professional and legal requirements require, and generally longer than we keep marketing contact details.
You can ask us to delete your marketing information at any time. We may need to keep treatment records even after you stop being a client.

You can ask us to:

- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your marketing information
- Stop sending you marketing

Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement. Minors are treated only with a parent or guardian present and consenting.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting staff access to what each person needs. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
