Laser targets the pigment in hair, so gray, white, light blonde and red hairs do not respond well. Hormonal hair can keep coming back, so maintenance is part of the plan, and we are happy to work alongside your doctor. Laser is not recommended during pregnancy, with a tan or sunburn, within six months of Accutane, on light-sensitizing medications, or over an active infection, cold sores or a tattoo. Only have fine peach fuzz? Dermaplaning may be all you need.

Yes. Aerolase is FDA-cleared for pseudofolliculitis barbae, the medical name for razor bumps. Reducing the hair means fewer ingrown hairs, fewer bumps and fewer dark marks left behind from shaving and waxing.
